Five 'fake' militants arrested in Rajouri

Jammu, July 2 (UNI) Jammu and Kashmir police have arrested five fake militants, who had been extorting money from the villagers in different areas of Thanna Mandi in Rajouri district.

Police have arrested the five ''fake'' militants during the raids last evening and they were identified as Zafar khan, Sajjad Ahmed, Mohd hanief, Nissar Aslam and Mohammad Shafiq.

Official sources said a case has been registered against them.

The militants had extorted money from a number of villagers impersonating as militants, police added.
