GELSENKIRCHEN, July 1 (Reuters) Owen Hargreaves of England was named Man of the Match by FIFA's Technical Study Group after his performance in the World Cup quarter-final against Portugal in Gelsenkirchen today. Portugal won 3-1 penalties.
