V C Aggarwal is the new MD of IBP

New Delhi, July 01 (UNI) Mr V C Aggarwal today took over as the Managing Director of IBP Company Ltd.

The assignment will be in addition to his existing responsibility as Director Human Resourses, Indian Oil.

Mr Aggarwal's appointment comes at a time when the company is in the final stages of its merger with the parent company, Indian Oil.

An electrical engineer, Mr Aggarwal is an alumnus of IIT Roorkee.

Having begun his career at Indian Oil in 1973, he has worked in different capacities in the technical and human resourses functions of the company covering various units.

He is currently engaged in developing a unique Performance Management System (PMS) for inculcating a new performance culture at Indian Oil.
