Marandis' and Soren were unmasked in their bastion: BJP

Ranchi, July 1 (UNI) The Jharkhand BJP today termed as 'flop show' yesterday's 'Santhal Hul' programme organised by the Jharkhand Mukti Morcha(JMM)and Jharkhand Vikas Morcha(JVM) at Bhognadih in Sahebganj district.

But, the party claimed that the programme organised by the saffron brigade in the presence of Chief Minister Arjun Munda and state party president Yadunath Pandey in the same place drew a large number of people.

The programme was organised on the occasion of 151st year of 'Santhal hul,' the first revolt against the Britishers in 1855 in Santhal Paragana.

The JMM, JVM, and BJP separately organised functions in a move to show their strength among the masses.

Party's state spokesperson Ramesh Pushkar told UNI this evening that the so called mass leaders like Mr Sibu Soren (JMM) and Mr Babulal Marandi and Mr Stephen Marandi (JVM) were unmasked in their own region as there was hardly any presence in their functions.
