Maoists call 24-hr bandh in three dist of Bengal on July 6
Bankura, Jul 1 (UNI) The CPI(Maoist) has called a 24-hour bandh in Bankura, West Midnapore and Purulia districts of West Bengal on July 6.
Their demands include proper agriculture policy for the farmers, agricultural loan, fertiliser, seeds and agri-subsidy for farmers.
They also demanded supply of irrigation waters from Kangsabati dam by July 15 to the farmers.
The ultras pasted printed posters and leaflets on behalf of the Central Committee to press for their demands.
