Kanchi seer case: Approver complains of chest pain, taken to hospita
Kancheepuram, Jul 1 (UNI) Ravi Subramaniam, accused-turned approver in the Sankararaman murder case in which the Kanchi Acharyas were cited as the prime accused, underwent medical tests at the Government General Hospital (GGH) in Chennai after he complained of chest pain.
Lodged in the Kancheepuram sub-jail, the building contractor complained of chest pain last evening.
He was rushed to the Kancheepuram General Hospital were preliminary tests were conducted. As there was no sophisticated equipment in the hospital, he was brought to GGH today amid tight security.
The medical examination lasted nearly three hours. He was later taken back to prison, police here said.
