DPCC General Secretary demands BJP MLA's resignation

New Delhi, July 1 (UNI) Delhi Pradesh Congress Committee General Secretary Rajinder Sharma today demanded BJP MLA Harcharan Singh Balli's, resignation, claiming he had lost moral right to continue in office since his family was involved in a fraud.

''Mr Balli should resign since he, his son and close relatives were party to a fraud to grab someone's property through forged documents,'' Mr Sharma alleged.

He said after the fraud came to light, Mr Balli, an MLA from West Delhi's Harinagar constituency, should have quit on moral grounds.
