CPM central comm member Koratala dead

Hyderabad, July 1: The Communist Party of India (Marxist) Central Committee Member Koratala Satyanarayana died here this morning at his residence due to old age.

He was 83 and survived by his wife, two sons and a daughter.

Koratala was a former State CPI(M) secretary and held various posts in the party and a prominent figure in the state.

The funeral would be held on July 3 here and top CPI(M) leaders including Sitaram Yechuri and others would attend the funeral.
