CPI-M condoles death of Koratala Satyarayana
New Delhi, July 1 (UNI) Communist Party of India (Marxist) has condoled the death of the party's central committee member Koratala Satyanarayana.
He was 83. He was suffering from cancer for the last six months and passed away early today in Hyderabad.
The party in its condolence message said the communist movement in Andhra Pradesh has lost a towering leader.
Satyanarayana represented the Repalle constituency in the state assembly for two terms, once in 1962 and the second time in 1978. He made an immense contribution in building the agriculture workers union and the Kisan Sabha in Andhra Pradesh.
