11 pilgrims of Trishul Bainth Yatra injured in accident

Jammu, July 1 (UNI) At least eleven pilgrims of Trishul Bainth Yatra of Chanddi Mata Mandir were injured when a bus skidded off the road at Bhaderwah in Doda district this evening.

Official sources said the bus was returning from Chanddi Mandir after the darshan when the driver lost control and skidded off the road near Radio Station Bhaderwah bridge.

The driver fled the spot after the accident. The injured has been identified as Kalyan Singh, Sunita Devi, Utra Devi, Barkat Ali, Sushimita Devi, Sanjeev Kumar, Charan Dass, Surma Chand, MAkesh Kumar, Surrti Devi and two year old girl Mehak, daughter of Uttara Devi, Sources added.

Police registered a case against the driver, sources said.
