Two women smugglers nabbed

Moga, June 30 : Punjab Police arrested two notorious women smugglers from Vazidpur village in Ferozpur distict and recovered four and half kg of opium from their possession.

Superintendent of Police (D) Kashmir Singh Gill yesterday said that police recovered three and half kg of opium from Balbir Kaur, a resident of Fatehabad district in Haryana. Another one kg was recovered from Kamlesh, a resident of Malout village in Muktsar district.

Both of them have been booked under the NDPS Act.
