Kuala Lumpur, June 30 (UNI) Sahara India Pariwar, a US 10.87 billion Indian conglomerate, has launched its first Sahara Care House in Kuala Lumpur, offering a single service platform for Indians residing in Malaysia and Malaysians of Indian origin.

Sahara Care House's chief executive officer Romi Datta said this would enable one-point easy access for over 60 support and care services for members and their families in India.

The services include healthcare, utility, personal life and relationships, according to Malaysian media reports today.

Sahara India Pariwar aimed to sign up 185,029 members in the first year of operations, including 25,227 Malaysians.

The company, which has allocated a marketing budget of US dollar 7.1 billion globally this year in order to reach Indians around the world, has also targeted 56,000 non-members from Malaysia to transact with Sahara Care House, Mr Datta said.

Sahara Care House services would also be launched in Hong Kong, Thailand and Indonesia soon, revealed Datta, adding that a similar service was launched earlier in Singapore.

The services are provided through 249 Sahara Care House centres across 197 Indian cities.
