Rupee opens up at 46.12 per USD

Mumbai, June 30: The Indian currency today opened strong by 24 paise at Rs 46.12 per US dollar as compared to the previous close of Rs 46.29 per USD, said a trader in the money market.

Currently, the rupee is trading at Rs 46.06/07 per USD.

The Sensex, too, opened in the green by 154 points and is currently trading at 10,535.15 points.
