One killed, 5 injured by lightning

Daltonganj, Jun 29 (UNI) One person was killed and five others, including a woman, were injured when lightning struck them following torrential rains at Satbakha block in Jharkhand's Palamu district today.

Police said the victims were waiting for a passenger vehicle when lightning struck them.

The deceased was identified as Manoj Bhuiyan (22) while the injured were admitted to a local hospital.
