Nidhi Gill issues legal notice to Bipasha

Mumbai, June 30 (UNI) Nidhi Gill, who plays the lead role in 'Bipasha-the black beauty' today issued a legal notice to Bollywood actress Bipasha Basu for allegedly making defamatory remarks against her in the section of media.

Advocate Nagesh Mishra, representing Gill, said his client Nidhi Gill has issued a legal notice u/s 499 and 500 of the Indian Penal Code (IPC) to Bipasha for making defamatory remarks against her who plays a lead role in the film 'Bipasha-the black beauty,' in a section of the print media.

He said we have given her (Bipasha) 48 hours time to tender a public apology, if she fails to do so, we will file a criminal as well as civil defamation case against Bipasha in the court.
