MP BJP executive meet begins tomorrow, Rajnath Singh to participate

Bhopal, June 30 (UNI) The Madhya Pradesh BJP's two-day executive meet will pass economic and political resolutions over the issue of price rise when it gets under way here tomorrow.

The meeting, being held for the first time after the constitution of the state executive, will start in the presence of BJP National President Rajnath Singh at 1100 hrs tomorrow.

Senior leaders from both the party and the organisation would take part in the meeting.

BJP spokesperson and legislator Umashankar Gupta told UNI here that besides a political resolution, an economic resolution would be passed focussing on the unprecedented price rise during the UPA Government's rule.

He said the implementation of the government's policies and programmes would be reviewed.

The meeting would discuss strategies to be adopted to ensure that information and benefit of development schemes reached remote areas.

Mr Gupta said an outline for organisational election was ready and discussion would be held for its implementation.

He added a final shape has to be given for elections to panchayat, block, district and state units by October.
