Lamy warns WTO talks face crisis without deal soon
GENEVA, June 30 (Reuters) World Trade Organisation (WTO) chief Pascal Lamy warned on Friday that global trade talks would be plunged into crisis without a breakthrough in the next ''few hours or days''.
He told members of the WTO's 149 member states, which are holding three days talks in a bid to get a deal on farm and industrial goods, that the future of the Doha round was at stake, a WTO spokesman said.
