Kerala HC stays Housing Board secretary's suspension

Kochi, June 30 (UNI) The Kerala High Court today stayed the suspension of State Housing Board Secretary P M John.

Mr Justice S Siri Jagan stayed the suspension order dated June 26, prima facie finding that the government order was without application of mind.

The government had suspended Mr John in view of the allegations against him regarding the Maithri Housing Scheme and demands for a Vigilance enquiry against him.
