Israeli missile hits Hamas training camp in Gaza

Gaza, June 30 : Israeli aircraft fired a missile into a Hamas militant training camp in Gaza, witnesses and a pro-Hamas radio station said, as Israel stepped up its air strikes in an offensive aimed at freeing an abducted soldier.

There were no immediate reports of casualties. The military, which carried out several air raids in the territory earlier in the day, yesterday said it was checking the report.
