Dogged Hewitt wraps up victory over Lee

LONDON, June 30 (Reuters) Australian Lleyton Hewitt completed a five-set victory over stubborn South Korean Lee Hyung-taik to reach the Wimbledon third round today.

The two players were level at two sets-all when poor light halted play yesterday and sixth seed Hewitt took the fifth set today to win 6-7 6-2 7-6 6-7 6-4 on court one.

The 2002 champion broke decisively at 5-4 and sealed victory when Lee netted a forehand, prompting furious celebrations from the Australian.

Yesterday Hewitt had recovered from 6-3 down to win the third set tiebreak 8-6 against 30-year-old Lee, the world number 102.

In the third round he plays Belgian Olivier Rochus, who held four match points against Wimbledon champion Roger Federer at Halle two weeks ago before losing.
