Brazil says sees no progress in WTO talks
GENEVA, June 30 (Reuters) Brazil's Foreign Minister said on Friday he saw no progress so far from talks between leading players at the World Trade Organisation on how to unblock the WTO's Doha round.
''I don't sense, until now, any significant progress,'' Celso Amorim told reporters after a meeting of top negotiators from Australia, Brazil, the European Union, India, Japan and the United States at the WTO.
Amorim said that from what he had seen so far in Geneva he did not think a breakthrough was possible at the current negotiations which are due to end on Sunday.
The head of the WTO has warned of a crisis for the Doha round if no agreement is reached this weekend.
