Two two-wheeler thieves arrested

Davangere, June 29 (UNI) The Davangere police have arrested two persons and recovered nine two-wheelers, worth Rs four lakh, from them, here yesterday.

Superintendent of Police Sonia Narang told UNI here today that the duo had lifted the vehicles from Hubli, Ranebennur and Davangere and sold it in Holalkere taluk.

The accused, Thippe Swamy and Ravi of Chitradurga district, were remanded to judicial custody today.
