Two killed, 13 injured in road accident

Dharmapuri, Jun 29 (UNI) Two persons were killed in a road accident when a state-owned transport bus collided with a stationary lorry here last night According to police sources, the bus was proceeding to Vellore from here when the accident occured. Saravanan, 30, of Pikkampatty was killed on the spot and bus conductor Sekar, 40, succumbed to his injuries in the hospital.

Thirteen passengers including a woman constable who was an escort to two accused travelling in the bus, suffered injuries and were admitted to Dharmapuri Government Hospital.
