Strike call by Canara Bank staff union has no impact in AP Dist

Vijayawada, Jun 29 (UNI) The country-wide strike call given by the Canara Bank staff union had no impact in this district today.

According to sources, normal work was not affected in any of the branches and transactions were being conducted smoothly.

The union had given a strike call in support of their various demands including 9.5 per cent interest on providend fund and staff recruitment.
