SlashSupport sets up 250 seat BPO training facility
Chennai, Jun 29 (UNI) Offshore Tech Support Company SlashSupport, part of the San Jose, US headquartered CSS (Cybernet Software Systems) Group, today announced setting up an exclusive 250 seat BPO training facility in the city.
SlashSupport, which has over 3,000 employees, is in the process of hiring over 2,000 professionals to take its headcount to over 5,000 over the next 12 months.
Set up at Teynampet area, the training facility was equipped with the latest hardware, software, training aides and other tools, including a hi-tech lab and library, a company release said today.
The hi-tech simulation lab would have the products of all of 30-plus SlashSupport's clients and would help the employees simulate a complex array of possible problem scenarios at end-customer locations and enable effective advanced tech support solutions.
