Senior IAS, hotel manager arrested in sex scandal case
Srinagar/New Delhi, June 29 (UNI) The CBI today arrested Principal Secretary (Planning) Iqbal Khande and a Srinagar hotel manager in connection with the Jammu and Kashmir sex scandal case, in which several top politicians and goverment officials are under the police scanner.
Khande, former personal secretary to former J&K Chief Minister Mufti Mohammad Sayeed and an IAS officer of the 1978 batch, was arrested from Srinagar along with the manager of 'Hotel Naaz' (Srinagar), according to the CBI.
Both were arrested under the Immoral Traffic (Prevention) Act.
