Rane inaugurates Rajasthan Bank in Goa

Panaji, June 29 (UNI) Goa Chief Minister Pratapsingh Rane congratulated the directors of Rajasthan Bank for opening a branch in Goa and hoped the directors would open more branches in the State.

Speaking on the occasion Mr Rane said that ''more than 450 banks of various states are in Goa and the state has the highest per capita income and per capita deposit.'' ''Government has made impressive strides in developing the state's econnomy and has achieved tremendous Socio economic growth,'' Mr Rane added.

The Chief Minister also said that since Goa is a tourist destination Rajasthan Bank can do better and also strengthen the economy of the state.
