Pakistan, Turkey to boost defence ties
Islamabad, June 29 (UNI) The fourth meeting of Pakistan-Turkey High Level Military Dialogue Group ended in Rawalpindi today with a pledge to further strengthen and increase defence collaboration between the two countries.
Co-chaired by Pakistan's Secretary Defence, Retd Lt General Tariq Waseem Ghazi and the Deputy Chief of Turkish General Staff General Isik KOSANER, the concluding session underscored the need for closer defence cooperation between the two countries.
The meeting agreed to enhance cooperation in the fields of research and development, joint military exercise and defence production, electronic warfare and exchange of military delegation on A regular basis.
