One killed, 5 injured in lightning

Daltonganj, Jun 29 (UNI) One person was killed and five, including a woman, were injured when lightning struck them following torrential rains at Satbakha block in Jharkhand's Palamu district today.

Police said the victims were waiting for a vehicle under a shade when the incident occurred.

The deceased was identified as Manoj Bhuiyan (22) while the injured were admitted to a hospital in the district.
