Very heavy rainfall amounts (cm): Nilkund 20; Puttur , Kumta 14 each; Bantwal, Subramanya, Kadra, Mangalore AP, Agumbe, Siddapura 13 each.
Heavy rainfall amounts (cm): Yellapura 12; Karkala, Gerusoppa 11 each; Mani, Belthangadi, Dharmasthala, Kollur , Siddapura , Panambur, Kammardi 10 each; Honavar 9; Sulya, Bhatkal, Jagalbet, Sirsi, Linganamakki, Thirthahalli, Koppa, Kalasa, Sringeri 8 each; Mulki, Gokarna, Karwar, Shirali, Mangalore, Udupi, Khanapur, Londa, Hosanagar, Talaguppa 7 each.
Other Chief rainfall amounts (cm): Kundapur, Ankola, Joida, Sagar 6 each; Somwarpet, Soraba, Humchadakatte, Sakleshpura, Madikeri 5 each.
Forecast valid until Saturday morning: Rain/thundershowers likely to occur at most places over Coastal Karnataka and at many places over Interior Karnataka.
Farmers Weather Bulletin: Moderate to heavy rain likely to occur at most places over all districts of Coastal Karnataka and at many places over Belgaum, Dharwad, Haveri, Bidar, Raichur Gulbarga Koppal, Bagalkote districts of North Interior Karnataka and ghat areas of South Interior Karnataka.
