Jammu, June 29 (UNI) The Jammu and Kashmir police has arrested two persons, including a top LeT militant, from Rajouri and busted a high level parallel communication network system being run by Lashkar-e-Toiba and Hizbul Mujahideen.

Official sources said the militant had also purchased 60 BSNL SIM cards.

''With the help of BSNL authorities we have identified all mobile numbers of LeT and HM top brass in Rajouri and some parts of Poonch districts. These telephone numbers have been put on surveillance,'' the sources said.

Police has also started investigation regarding the involvement of some BSNL franchisees, including a leading firm of Gandhi Nagar here.

LeT militant Mohammad Javed, a resident of Fazlabad, Poonch, was arrested from his in-laws's house in Rajouri town. Five BSNL cards, which he was going to give to a top Lashkar commander for further distribution, were recovered from him.

''An employee of a BSNL franchisee at Bahu Plaza Sandeep Kumar, who had been procuring SIM cards for Javed, has also been arrested.

He has been selling SIMs on the name of persons, who were not even aware that militants commanders were using cell phones on their names,'' the sources added.
