Man found dead, neck slashed; wife suspect

New Delhi, June 29 (UNI) A man was today found dead, with his neck slashed, in Mehrauli area of South Delhi.

DCP (South) Anil Shukla said Kishore Prasad was found dead this morning by his wife in Rajpur Khurd area of Mehrauli.

''His neck had been slashed by a sharp weapon.'' A native of Gopalganj in Bihar, Kishore used to work as a television mechanic.

Meanwhile, sources said Kishore was found dead under mysterious circumstances. His body was found on his bed even as his wife Indu was present in the house.

According to Ms Indu when she woke up at about 0300 hrs, as was the routine, she found her husbad dead and his neck slashed.

she informed the police at about 0500 hrs.

Police are investigating the case.
