GAIL signs MoU for 2006-07

Mumbai, June 29 (UNI) Gail India Ltd has announced that the company has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) for a year, for performance targets for the Financial Year 2006-07.

The MoU was signed by M S Srinivasan, Secretary, Ministry of Petroleum and Natural Gas and Mr Proshanto Banerjee, Chairman and Managing Director, of the company, senior officials from the Government and Directors of the company were present on the occasion, the release said.

During the year 2006-07, the company has targeted transmission of 76.67 mmscmd of natural gas from domestic sources and through LNG route.
