Doctor in Vigilance net

Chandigarh, June 29 (UNI) Haryana State Vigilance Bureau caught red-handed a doctor of Medical Hospital, Faridabad, while taking bribe in lieu of a medico legal report, official sources said.

Dr Pawan Chowdhary, Medical Hospital, B K Hospital, Faridabad was nabbed while accepting illegal gratification of Rs 1500 from Mr Ramai of Prem Nagar Jhuggi, Sector 17, Faridabad for giving the MLR.

A case has been registered against him under the Prevention of Corruption Act at police station, SVP, Gurgaon, sources said yesterday.
