20 hurt as lorry turns turtle in AP

Rajahmundry, Jun 29 (UNI) Twenty persons were injured, three of them seriously, when the lorry in which they were travelling turned turtle after the driver applied sudden brakes, near Yeleru Canal at Samalkota late last night.

Police said the brick kiln workers were returning from native Hamsavaram after exercising franchise in the local body elections, when the mishap occurred.

The injured were admitted to the goverenment hospital at Kakinada.
