New Delhi, June 28 (UNI) An inter-corporate competition amongst the top 50 corporates in the country will be held from August 31 to September 3 in Kerala.

The second edition of the country's only inter-corporate, team building televised competition -- The Microsoft Corporate Challenge 2006-- will consist of a mix of physical as well as mental challenges whereby teams will have to run, row, cycle, decode, decipher, solve logical problems and undertake light engineering tasks.

The registrations are open and team places will be allocated on a first-come first-serve basis, a statement released here said.

''Through the Microsoft Corporate Challenge, we hope to demonstrate the fact that it is team dynamics that lead to the success of every great organisation,'' Mr Doug Hauger of Microsoft said at Microsoft's association with the Corporate Challenge.

The event has been conceptualised, managed and produced by Sports Media Ltd and DNA Networks.

The first edition of the Microsoft Corporate Challenge was held in Goa last year, where teams from ICICI Bank, HP, JWT, McCann Erickson, JM Morgan Stanley, ABB, Combined Services, Satyam Computers and Microsoft took part.

ICICI Bank emerged winners with JM Morgan Stanley coming in second.
