Rs down by 3 paise, closes at Rs 46.37/38 per USD

Mumbai, June 28: Indian currency today closed at Rs 46.37/38 per US DLR as compared to yesterday's Rs 46.34/36 per US DLR, which is 3 paise up from the previous close.

RBI today fixed the reference rate at Rs 46.40 per US DLR.

Rupee also fared well against Euro, the exchange rate is Rs 58.16, against the pound sterling exchange rate is rs 84.25. and against yen the exchange rate is Rs 39.80.

The six months forward premia is fixed at 1.16 per cent and one year premia is fixed at 1.25 per cent.
