Raj Roadways reserve 33 pc seats for women

Jaipur, June 28: Rajasthan Roadways has now reserved 33 percent seats for women in its buses.

Earlier only six seats just behind the driver were reserved for women. However, the rule does not apply for long-distance express buses.

Those conducting the buses have been asked to ensure that the seats reserved for female passengers are not given to men till the bus begins its journey.

The Rajasthan Roadways buses which are usually 40, 45 and 50 seaters, will now have 13, 15 and 17 seats reserved for women respectively.
