Railway Ministry clarifies about raids on Jhelum Express
New Delhi, June 28 (UNI) The Railway Ministry today clarified that the raids conducted on the Jhelum Express found that some passengers were travelling on the authority of Lok Sabha member Dr Kunwar Devendra Singh Yadav, and not Mr Dushyant Singh, MP, as reported in a section of newspapers.
A ministry spokseman said some newspapers today carried a news item about the raid conducted by the Vigilance Directorate of Railway Board on the Jhelum Express train during its Ambala-New Delhi journey in the early hours of yesterday.
