Parliament's monsoon session to start on July 24

New Delhi, June 28 (UNI) The monsoon session of the Parliament will begin on July 24, informed sources said today.

One of the highlights of the session would be reintroduction of the office of profit bill. The bill was passed by the Parliament during the last session but the President returned it without giving his assent.

Sources said the government was planning to reintroduce the bill in its original form. After passing it, it would be sent to the President for the second time who would have no option but to give his approval.

The month-long session is likely to conclude by the end of August, sources said.
