Microsoft to host corporate challenge in backwaters of Kerala
Bangalore, June 28 (UNI) The second edition of Microsoft Corporate Challenge will be held in the backwaters of Kerala from August 31 to September three.
The Challenge was in the form of a competition amongst the top 50 corporates in the country in a non-linear race format. It would consist of a mix of physical as well as mental challenges where the teams would run, row, cycle, decode, decipher, solve logical problems and undertake light engineering tasks.
''Through Microsoft Corporate Challenge, we hope to demonstrate the fact that it is a team dynamics that lead to the success of every great organisation,'' Mr Doug Hauger of Microsoft said in a release here today.
The first edition of the event was held in Goa in 2005 and involved some of the biggest names of corporate world like ICICI Bank, HP, JWT, McCann Erickson, JM Morgan Stanley, ABB, Combinet Services and Satyam Computers, besides Microsoft. ICICI emerged champions last year.
