JVM finally to become a new political outfit in Jharkhand

Ranchi, Jun. 28 (UNI) The Jharkhand Vikash Morcha, a non-political organisation, currently being used by former BJP national vice- president Babulal Marandi in his mission to reach people, will soon be declared a political outfit.

Stating this at a press conference here, Morcha president and former Chief Minister Babulal Marandi this evening said former Minister Saba Ahmed had been made the convenor of the Draft Committee of the Constitution which was expected to take shape in a month.

Mr Marandi hoped the new party would be launched before the bypoll to Koderma Parlimentary seat, which fell vacant following his resignation from Lok Sabha last month.

Under the platform of the JVM, Mr Marandi had been holding several meetings in various parts of the state in the past one month and trying to garner support in his mission against corruption.
