Goa govt declares River Navigation Deptt an essential service

Panaji, June 28 (UNI) The Goa government has declared River Navigation Department (RND) as an essential service under the Goa Essential Service Maintance Act, 1988 (Goa Act 20 of 1989).

The strike in all the units/ sections of River Navigation department are prohibited with immediate effect, stated an official release issued here today.
