Mumbai, June 28: The special Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances (NDPS) court will frame charges on July 11 against Provogue Managing Director Salil Chaturvedi and eight others for their alleged involvement in a cocaine case.
NDPS Judge B S Wasekar, who had earlier fixed today for framing of charges, has deferred it to July 11.
Chaturvedi, who was arrested on August two last year following the recovery of three grams of cocaine from his residence in the Western suburbs got bail on September six on the grounds that the police did not have any evidence other the cocaine seized from his house.
