B'lore to host Asian Youth Girls Netball Championship

Bangalore, June 28 (UNI) The Fifth Asian Youth Girls Netball Championship will be held in the city from July 24 to 30.

Briefing newspersons here, Karnataka State Amateur Netball Association General Secreatary B Mohan Kumar said Hong Kong, Malaysia, Maldives, Singapore, Sri Lanka, Pakistan and Thailand, besides hosts India, would be taking part in the championship.

The Indian team would undergo a 23-day coaching camp at Koramangala Indoor Stadium in the city from July one, he added.
