SR to runs specials to Nagercoil

Chennai, Jun 27 (UNI) Union Minister of State for Railways R Velu has ordered the running of Chennai Egmore-Nagercoil-Chennai Egmore special trains to clear extra rush of passengers.

A Southern Railway (SR) release said here today Train No 0611 will leave here at 2000 hrs on June 30 and July two and reach Nagercoil at 1000 hrs the next day.

In the return direction, the train will leave Nagercoil at 1330 hrs on July one and three and to reach here at 0430 hrs on the next day.

Train No 0659 will leave here at 2030 hrs on July one and arrive Nagercoil at 1200 hrs the next day.

In the return direction, the train will leave Nagercoil at 1330 hrs on July two to reach here at 0430 hrs the next day, the release added.

The trains will stop at Tambaram, Chengalpattu, Tindivanam, Villupuram, Vriddachalam, Tiruchirapalli, Dindigul, Kodaikanal Road, Madurai, Tirumangalam, Virudhunagar, Sattur, Kovilpatti, Vanchimaniyachi and Tirunelveli.

Advance reservation for the trains will commence tomorrow.
