Moderate-to-heavy rains continue to lash Kolhapur

Kolhapur, June 27 (UNI) The monsoon rains, active in the district for the last couple of days, continued today also.

After a spell of intermittent showers two days ago, major parts of the district received moderate-to-heavy rainfall yesterday.

The highest rainfall - 115 mm was recorded in the hilly Gaganbavada tehsil, during the last 24 hrs ended at 0800 hrs today, followed by 66 mm in Radhanagari tehsil, while the lowest - one mm was recorded in Shirol tehsil, district collectorate office here said.
