Brazil return to first lineup for Ghana game

DORTMUND, June 27 (Reuters) Brazil coach Carlos Alberto Parreira opted for his original and criticised line-up for their World Cup second round game against Ghana today.

Parreira brought back Adriano for injured striker Robinho, and reintroduced Emerson and Ze Roberto to replace Juninho Pernambucano and Gilberto Silva in midfield.

Veteran fullbacks Cafu and Roberto Carlos return in place of Cicinho and Gilberto.

Ghana are without suspended midfielder Michael Essien, but they welcomed back striker Asamoah Gyan and midfielder Sulley Muntari both of whom were suspended for the US match.

They also brought in Emmanuel Pappoe and Eric Addo, leaving out Derek Boateng, Habib Mohamed and Razak Pimpong.
