Three dead in rain related incidents in Gujarat
Jamnagar (Gujarat), June 26 (UNI) Three persons, including a girl, lost their lives in rain related incidents at three different places in Jamnagar district of the Gujarat in last 24 Hours.
Of the three deaths, two were caused by lightnings while one by drowning in a nullah.
In the first incident one Ramesh Kacharabhai Adivasi (50) died when lightning struck him at Nani-Matli village, 21 km from here, of Jamnagar taluka, yesterday evening.
In another incident, an 18-year-old youth, Kantibhai Amrabhai died when lightning struck them at Ishwaria village in Jam-Jodhpur taluka, about 90 km from here, last night.
a minor girl, Dharmishta Laljibhai Marvia (Patel) drowned while she was travelling with her father, mother and brother on a motor-cycle. The vehicle slipped while crossing a nullah filled with rain-water at Pipar village in Kalawad taluka, about 60 km from here, last night.
