Srinivasa Shipping-H'bad Co ink MoU for township

Mumbai, June 26: Srinivasa Shipping&Property Development has signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with Spire Realty Hyderabad Retreat (SRHRL) for developing a residential township of over 90 acres in Hyderabad.

Announcing this to BSE, the company said it is now in the process of finalising the joint venture agreement for the project, which is being developed under FDI scheme by US-based investors.
